I swam a total of 5 1/2 miles this past week, from Tuesday to Sunday. Also added some juicing into my diet. Lots & lots of vegetables ingested. It showed with a nearly 3 lb drop. Carb intake is up & protein is down with the juicing. Fat intake has been really low too, 50g or below. Keeping the fat low is the key. Carbs are not a problem if I'm burning them. Swam Saturday & Sunday because there were no waves to surf.
217.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
