A good day - got a little more exercise and ate lots of fruit and veggies. And although I was pleased that I lost another pound this week, I plan to do much more exercise this week to maximise my chances of a good result next week - and hopefully continue to avoid the inevitable plateau......... :)
142.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
