I am up and I am not sure why. I wasn't the greatest in my choices yesterday but I don't feel like I was that bad. Trying not to get discouraged!
166.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
