Two days before bed I ate veggies/hummus.

Two days I have lost weight.

Coincidence? I think not.

Or, well, I *hope* not lol Don't wanna eat healthy stuff before bed for no good reason =F
154.4 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
