Weight loss is just maths - you want to expend more energy (through both your basal metabolic functions and through activity) than you consume. It's about creating a deficit between in vs out. <-- Very true!

Thanks for your answer Kish! =)

Portion Sizes
These pics were actually kinda helpful Smile

Altho, if you use one to lose weight, you lose the weight, then you go to the maintain weight one, how does that work? Wouldn't the maintain weight one now make you actually gain weight?

weigh everyday

Wow, sounds like I'm in the minority. The moment I start weighing everyday I get too number-focused and obsessive. I've always stayed on track better by doing a weekly weigh in.

Yeah, I have to say, I avoid the scale as much as possible. Even if I have to go to the DRs, I look away when they weigh me - and then get grumpy if they tell me lol

I just try to judge how I am doing by how my clothes fit for the most part. Otherwise, seeing the #s on the scale gets me a bit depressed...

Creating Graph for Expected Weight Loss?
Does anyone know if there is a function on here that will create a graph of how much you can expect to lose/weigh at any given day/month?
