Great week for me, I lost 2 lbs. ---haven't done that in awhile. Today was my youngest grandaughters' 18th birthday. We went to the movies saw John Carter---we both loved it---then it was out to lunch---I was a good girl and stayed under 600 cals.---then went shopping with her. She got grandma for a half a doz. new things but it was such fun. Have fun everyone and stay strong.
147.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
