Yep, happy with a pound Felstead, considering the crap I have eaten this week I am almost surprised...need to reign it back in this week, eat fewer MaccyDees and KFC and the like...I am still on my avg 1lb a week target though and overall, in the last 8-10 weeks have lost a Stone so am very happy...I will start tomorrow just after I eat this big mac and double cheeseburger, and this eclair... Best wishes Neil
