I am a 37 year old male from the North East of England.

At my heaviest, I weighed 115 kg. I wasn't happy and decided to do something about it. Within 18 months, I managed to lose 25 kg through regular exercise and sensible eating. I use a Fitbit Surge as a motivation tool. I run 2.5km every day and try to walk 2.5km every day too. I also lift weights 3 times per week. With my diet, I aim to consume under 1700 calories whilst still obtaining the required levels of nutrients. I try to eat high fats and proteins, and try to keep carbs as low as possible.

My target weight is 85 kg, which I am determined to reach and then maintain from that point onwards. I will be using this site daily to track progress. I find it useful to keep a truthful food diary and to pick up tips from other people.
