I went out brought a new scale, because my first weigh-in was done on a faulty one I had. It was a digital scale, when I went on the scale today it said I weighed 235 at first then 238, it changed every time I went on it. So I went out and weigh myself at 2 different stores and weigh my self on 3 different scales and I weigh 245 lbs. and I brought one of those scales. So now I know this weigh-in is my accurate weigh and my goal to weigh 220 remains the same.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
