Doin' 1200 kcal. Might try IF but will have to figure out how to work around the swing shifts. Today I made it 25 hours without eating--just wasn't hungry at work and went to bed this morning without eating either.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
