Hey fat secret, you're like a secret lover...on again and off again, lol. I need to get on a stay on but to be honest I've been in one hell of a funk and it took a while for me to see that. As some of you may know I quit drink 8 months ago. At first it was fun, I was different I had my own thing. Slowly it got boring and lonely. Not that my friends didn't accept me and my nondrinking and sure I had other friend who didn't drink but I started to not even want to go out. I'd sit in my house and just watch tv and drink my coffee. It was pathetic and it was sad. Last week I decided you know what I'm going to drink and I did a few times since then, I'll just saying I've been catching up lol. It hasn't been anything crazy a drink here and a drink there. Had a bit much two nights but nothing out of control but enough to feel like ish the next day. I feel so good for letting loose and proud of myself for staying in control while having fun. It does not always have to be all or nothing as I make it out to be, sometimes you just have to find your happy medium.
In the meantime in my little funk I think I've partly allowed myself to go to shit. I just don't feel good. I enjoy tanning and dark brow hair, I've allowed my hair to fade and it looks rediculous and I haven't been tanning. Today this all changes! I'm fixing my hair and also this tan! Come monday I'm fixing this body too. It's time to get serious and lose some of this extra weight I've been carrying around. It's time to feel good again. I'm graduating in 8 weeks and I want to walk across that stage feeling the best I ever felt :)
