Things are settling down a bit, now. Getting ready to prepare for tax season, as I work for a CPA, so the pressure and work load over the next 2 months will be tough. I tend to want to eat when I'm under this kind of pressure. I think it's because I'm looking for a "change" of pace, in the middle of the pressure. So, am going to work hard at having good snacks available. I did get rid of all the junk food in the kitchen and plan to go grocery shopping today. I'm pleased that I've dropped 3 pounds this last week. Now, I just need to drop another 4 pounds to get below my lowest point on fatsecret!
I was able to watch the first half of "The biggest loser" that I recorded last week. Wouldn't you know it, we recorded over the last half. However, I saw enough of it that I want to keep watching it and I want to struggle for success just like these people will!
Here's to a new week on a new trail!

3 pounds...woooo hooo! Thats awesome! You can do it even during stress. You have the tools now, you know your options, so just use them. Think how far ahead of the game you are them all those people who know NOTHING about how to eat right to lose weight....YOU DO! You're doing it! Don't stop now. Go get 'em...no excuses!
