Tuesday 5/23/17 Steps = 18,146

Good weigh-in today. Starting the 'Lose 1 pound per Week for 12 Weeks' challenge today. I hope I can meet that challenge as it becomes harder to lose.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
