it is the first of march 2012. I started working out again the first part of Jan.....so been at it about 8 weeks and am doing quite well. have made it to the gym at least 2 times a week and a few times up to 4 times. Have not lost a lot of wt but I think that is due to me gaining some muscle. also have dropped my consumption of alchol but my eating has really increase. will start to reneign that in and all should be good.
