Its the weekend feeling pretty good...My couple of days rest from the Gym are over so it's back too it... :) Weigh's staying the same pretty much but it dosent matter,because I'm staying on program feeling better and losing inches. Need to focus on drinking more water
254.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
