I think this is my all-time low. I'm still working out 4-6 times a week with at at least 2 days of lifting. I ran intervals on the treadmill last night and did 4 miles in 28 minutes. I eat out too much. I'll work on that.
160.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
