Went on vacation and I didn't hold back!! Not that I gorged on food, but I wasn't making the best choices 100% of the time. I indulged in dessert and bready stuff. Although,
I LOVE bread, especially sourdough, and I'm realizing that it doesn't really love me back! Which, is good and bad. I don't have an allergy to gluten or wheat(been tested a couple of times), although, I feel that I may be gluten intolerant. I get such stomachaches, bloating and a general feel like I've over did it, even when I didn't. This happens whenever I indulge in bread & breaded food. And if I over indulge, its just plain awful! The fullness stays with me for HOURS. I'm realizing that I just have to stay away from the breaded stuff. I think telling myself that bread doesnt love me back, will help. BC if you're were allergic to something, you just don't take the chance of eating it. I'll have to do the same.
Although, I returned from vacay mid week, I've been eating about 50% LCHF. I'll jump back on the band wagon on Sunday.
I've also noticed that since I got my IUD out, I've been able to lose more weight, easily and faster. And I've managed to get past a 5 or 6 lbs weight loss, where before, I couldn't lose any more than that. Into my 1st official month of being back on LCHF, I lost 10 lbs fairly fast, which was great. I also need to adhere more to my Diet Doctor menu selections as that helps me stay on track. If I don't get enough fat into my diet, the hunger & cravings come back.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
