exercising regular is the key.made myself schedule a time to workout and so far i have stuck to it.looks like i WILL meet my goal of 170 by end of march.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.7 lb a week
