Haven't had weight loss like this since my plateau 8 months ago! Feeling good and good about myself.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1772 kcal Fat: 108.24g | Prot: 124.78g | Carb: 71.64g.   Breakfast: Egg, 100% Whey Protein Chocolate, Almond Milk, Bacon. Lunch: White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Brown Gravy, Egg, Cheez-It, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Dinner: Green Snap Beans, Ranch Salad Dressing, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Veggie Burgers. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Chip Cookie, Kit Kat. more...
