BP: 137/83 BMI: 29.6 (overweight)

It's been a good week for physical activity. I did much better on the my 2nd greenway ride this week and I'm much further along than I was at this point last year. 2 mountain biking trips planned for April so I need to get in shape.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
