I hurt my shoulder a couple of weeks ago, which has slowed me down somewhat. I am not doing any upper body workouts at the moment, and no major moves at pole class (nothing that uses upper body strength, which is what I enjoy doing the most). Elliptical (no arms) instead of swimming, too. But, still being active, so fine weight-wise. Hopefully, I'll be back to normal in the next week or so (more of an ache now, plus my right shoulder is complaining due to overcompensating for the left one). In the meantime, doing what I can.
116.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
