1853 kcal Fat: 122.41g | Prot: 145.16g | Carb: 54.37g.   Breakfast: Espresso with 4 oz water added, green beans, red cabbage, dole romaine hearts, My Oil and Vinegar salad dressing, Green Olives with Pimento, Red bell pepper, Spinach, Celery, Avocado, Boiled Egg, cocoa, MIM Muffin in a Minute. Lunch: Butter, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Chicken breast, Banana pepper rings, Mushroom, Italian sausage, Black olives, Pepperoni, Mozzarella cheese. Dinner: Asparagus (Unprepared, Frozen), flax seed oil, Pork Roast. more...
