I knew by me not adhering to my own diet regime will bring up the weight. I blame it holistically on the holiday season and the wedding receptions that i have to attend to the last 2/52 that unable me to exercise and went into eating feast. Of course the strength my self discipline plays a role too. I didn't chart this down but last week my weight was 66.0kg. Frightening !. So I went back to swimming (wonderful activity) and evening aerobics and of course calorie intake watch.Still 4 kg to go. Might realign my goal to further reduce to 56kg. Hope to achieve it.
