On the cleanse now for 5 days and feeling great! Only eating fruits, veggies, whole grains and lean meat. TONS of water, and lots of exercise. Goal weight here I come!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
