Well, despite not following the plan 100% I managed to lose a few pounds. I'm sure it's just water weight and maybe the 2-mile jog or the ab tape I just started helped a little... Anyways, even though I'm still waiting for my copy of the book to come, I "officially" started Phase I today. I'll weigh in again in a few days. Here's wishing all of us a happy, healthy and productive 2008!

excellent! main things are no sugars, no whtes (bread, flour, potatos, etc) and clearing out your liver with the cran water. Then you will be so ready by the time your book arrives. what is the ab tape? do you rcommewnd it?

I love the cran-water (8 oz cranberry juice to 56 ounces water) and I love the hot water with lemon...I'm a big time tea drinker, so this really helps. I do LOVE the ab tape! I'm doing THE FIRM tape - Firm Parts: More 5-day abs (you can find it on amazon.com for like $2). It has five sessions of 5-minute intense ab workouts. If you can spare 5 minutes, I would definietly recommend it! Ciao :)
