Well im down .2 lbs from last week after gaining almost 4 lbs so i guess i cant complain. I'm tired today. This weekend I will have to watch what i eat more carefully if i want to be in the 230s again. Last weekend i did bad and i paid for it this week. So hopefully i learned my lesson.
