Yesterday was a fail so I'm taking yesterday morning's weight as my official weight of 102.9kg :)

Have an awesome long weekend everyone :)
226.9 lb Lost so far: 56.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Optimus, Just a little tip. Getting your official weight will never be clear cut. The best way of tracking progress is to do a weigh-in everyday under the same conditions. (I do mine straight out of bed, in my undies) You log your weight everyday and then at the end of the week you take your average for the week and compare it to the average of the week before. The trouble with weighing just once or twice a week is that your weight will fluctuate naturally (hormones, water ,sodium all plays a role). You run the risk of incidentally only weighing on the days you fluctuate low or high. This may lead you to making the wrong conclusions on the effectiveness of your diet.

Thanks Bornmanh. I do know all this already and I do weigh everyday. lol. I usually weigh on a Thursday morning for the official weight and compare it to the previous Thursday weight. Taking an average won't work for me because I get very heavy on my weekends from all the stuff I eat that can cause me to retain water. My Monday to THursday is strict so I empty out and have a more realistic weight. I started weighing on Friday mornings for official weight only if my Thursday went according to plan otherwise I'd have a false reading on a Friday morning due to the food intake on Thursday.
