I had reduced my wait from 227lb to 167lb and than regain 176lb during winter. Now for motivation i have joined this challenge and targeting for 145lb...
171.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
