I didn't watch what I ate at all this holiday season. As a result, I have gained 5 pounds. On the bright side, I go back to work in another week which means I will be back to somewhat of a eating schedule instead of eating when I want to which is what I have been doing. For the remaining week that I have off, I will try to follow phase one eating guidelines to see if I can lose a pound or two before heading back off to work. I knew I was going to gain by not being strict with myself so I am not upset about the gain. I just glad it's only 5 and not 10.
