so i lost no weight, but I have lost 2 & 1/2 inches. 1.5 inches from the stomach, .5inch from waist & .5inch from the hips. I was so demoralized I was just about to kiss this whole Jenny jouney goodbye. How do I burn 4500 calories on workouts in a week, stay within my calories, and NOTHING. hmmm.. Its ok anyways, im not going to quit. This just makes me want it even more.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there! That is good that your measurments showed some signs of change. The scale will show it soon, too!!

My daughter experienced the same--loss in inches but nothing on the scale.So you DO have some kind of result that you are doing something right! The scale WILL reflect that soon, so DON'T give up, girl :) Just like I told my girl--"it's just a little speed bump!'
