Gained some weight over the past few weeks not eating good not exercising much. Started Advocare 24 day challenge today though and exercised. Hoping to lose about 30 pounds pretty quickly.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
