Lost 2 oz....I'll take them...lol. I know men lose easier than women, my husband is doing phenomenal. Total since our last doctor appointments in March he has lost 16 lbs and I have lost 11.
243.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 93.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
