On my way to the Gym ... Cant believe how much my weight fluctuates in the course of a day, from 256.8 up to 260.4 and then back down to 256.0 this Morning :) Maybe there is'z something to eating all my meals with the snacks in between meal. Will see
256.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
