Yippee!!! Im so happy! I was convinced that cos I had a bad couple of days when I was visiting my mum last weekend, I would be lucky to have stayed at a steady weight even though I was really good for the rest of the week, but I have lost another 2.5lbs and I'm chuffed! It just shows you that when you do have a bad day or two, its worth just putting it down to experience and getting straight back on that wagon again. :)
146.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
