Well, here we go again. Sick of my health being poor when I have the power to control it. Wanna eat healthy again and get active. I'm giving myself a 30 day goal this time instead of 10. Rock on. Let's see if I can get down to 180 this time!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
