4 pounds in the 1st two weeks. I was hoping for 5 but I'll take the 4. I have 3 and a half months to go. I just gotta remind myself that it is a marathon and 4 pounds is pretty damn good!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
