Ate too much bread at dinner last night. One taste of that lovely crust and I was done for. Good news that I was down .6 lbs this morning. I don't know if I can get my exercise in today because I have to go to an all day workshop. However, they are not providing lunch, so I have my trusty peanut butter sandwich with me.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
