High school teacher and part-time editor. I live in a semi-rural community with lots of recreation opportunities. In the spring and summer I ride a bike, but in the winter it's dark when I leave for work and dark when I get home. It's hard to get any exercise when I'm working. I'm trying to keep the motivation to run on the school track (indoor) at lunch, but it's only 45 minutes and there's always lots of other things to do, so I'm luck if I can do 30 minutes.
