I made it back from my UT/ABQ trip in tact. I've definitely noticed my calories have been creeping up. My workouts continue to be solid. I ran to the top of the Y and back. Harder than I expected - I think the altitude impacted me more than the hills. But it did tell me I have room to improve.
161.9 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
