i weighed in early because im going to florida soon... i lost 1 more pound. I hope to lose 3 more during those 10 days in florida!! i am pretty confident i ccan do it! wish me luck!!! have a great holiday!!!

144.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb. Still to go: 24.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh, you will!! I think I lost about 5 pounds in the 7 days we spent in FL... I wasn't thinking about food b/c I was having too much fun!! Stop by and pick me up.. I wanna go too, LOL
