Bleh... I have a cold! Coughing all night! Did not do so well with food yesterday. I was exhausted, and so let my big boy fix frozen pizzas. With no energy for fixing something else for myself, I ate two pieces of the greasy stuff! I did much better today... not energy wise (I had the big boy fix frozen popcorn chicken)... but I managed to resist the chicken and mashed potatoes and had a bowl of cereal instead. Not the most nutritious dinner, but not as bad as the chicken and potatoes! I had a shake a while ago... which felt wonderful on my scratchy throat. I'm feeling a little hungry now tho, I may have a little more cereal or a piece of toast with a little cream cheese and honey. So far so good with the sugar strike... a little honey once or twice and a bit of maple syrup over the weekend... but no processed sugar and no HIGH FRUCTOSE CRACK SYRUP! So, even tho I feel like I've breathed in a porcupine and that I've been run over by a Wolfline bus, I still feel good about my choices... and tomorrow marks two weeks of the Strike! Ya Me!
308.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 168.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
