My Son's 14th birthday was this weekend. So what did I do? I pigged out on cake and ice cream. Since I have been religiously sticking to my Atkins plan, I gave myself a free pass for the weekend. The first one since I started almost a month ago. Back on track as of today. Amazing what a little carb bloating will do to your weight!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
