Been watching my food intake. Exercise a minimum of 50 minutes a day and the weight is still not moving. Very depressing. Want to loose at least 10 pounds before my Mexico trip.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How many points to you eat a day? Are you eating enough points? Sometimes if you are eating too little your metabolism slows down...
