I'm losing motivation. Gaining weight is very disheartening. I have to admit that some of the poor habits which lead to the weight gain are due to too many outings. I blame it on the Olympics. Heaven forbid I take full responsibility.
124.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
