6 pounds in a week, wow! It is amazing how well diet and exercise work when I stay away from pizza. I spent 4 hours in the gym playing basketball and working out on 3 days this week.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
