Thought I would have lost more this week, :( I really worked hard and watched what I ate. Going on my 3rd week of no mountain dew (Usual 8 a day). Weight went from 168 to 159 in less then 2 weeks. Added exercise last week and only lost 1 lb. Sucks! Guess I need to take a closer look at things..........
158.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, that is a huge amount to lose in two weeks at your current weight. Great job! It is very normal to lose a pound or so after that huge amount you already lost. Your body needs to adjust to the loss. Most the initial loss is water. So you are right on track with weight loss. The exercise will help you get lean, lose fat/inches, and go down in sizes. Everything we do works together to get us fit and healthy. But it takes time. Keep your expectations realistic. Be proud of what you have lost and what you are doing for yourself. You are doing great. Take 4 sticks of butter out of the fridge and put them on your thighs, that's how much a pound of fat would look like. So that pound is another pounds gone.

Also, don't forget that when you add exercise you may be gaining muscle weight! I would go ahead and measure yourself to see if there is a difference in dress size. That's what keeps me happy when the scale doesn't move.
