CONTINUE TO WALK THE STAIRS AT WORK AT LEAST 5-7 TIMES DAILY.

Walked the perimeter of our parking lot at work YESTERDAY.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
