The scales have not moved - but not surprising given the enormous cheats of the last day or so. It's been extremely tricky to stick to the diet in the restaurants I've eaten in and I have no idea if there were any hidden carbs in what I ate besides the half a slice of sourdough. I'm actually delighted the scales have not gone up... let's see how I'm doing mid-week next week after some exercises and a few 'normal' days.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
