Yesterday was Super Bowl...and I made some bad choices...like malted milk balls.... ice cream....real hamburgers with cheese...so today I'll get back on track...oh NO activity either.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
