Um wowza! Not sure how, but I dropped the 2 pounds from last week! Yay! I've been trying to stick pretty much to Phase I even though I'm in Phase II, so maybe that's what helped.

I'm thinking, if I hit my goal weight, of trying for 135. I'm starting to work out in March - my company's having a contest - and perhaps with that added I can get down to that weight. I think I look my best in the 130's. We'll see...perhaps just a dream.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
